Conundrum of Web 2.0 – A social experiment

Filed under: internet, musings — bardicknowledge @ 3:22 pm

Welcome to web 2.0 if you haven’t been welcomed yet! Here we are seeing social networks sharing music, movies, blogs, news, and any number of other forms of media and information. But where is the social aspect? Everyone is only concerned with their own corner of the web and don’t want to promote, read, or be part of anything that isn’t good for them.

So here is a small experiment I thought of. Go and read a blog, or forums or whatever floats your boat. Make a post, and at the link, post this:

“Want to speard yourself on the web? Take part in this social experiment!

For everyone that posts this, come back to my blog, post a link to your post with this ending and the link to your blog, forums, website or whatever you have in your corner of the web and I will make a page of everyones links that does this! This is self promotion at it’s prime! IT’S FREE ADVERTISING!

The more times you post this and come back to let me you, you will move up my list of links! So if you have the most links you will be number 1 on my list of links! So go, spread the word of this new social experiment!
